Instructions to set up a Twilio Account:
1) Set up your own Twilio account Here
2) After your account is created, you must fund your account (using the Billing page in Twilio)
3) Purchase a phone number to be used for this REDCap Project (see the Numbers page in Twilio)
4) After you purchase a phone number, obtain the Account SID and Auth Token for your account (see the API Credentials section on the main Account Settings Page)
5) Twilio feature "Request Inspector" MUST BE DISABLED in your Twilio account in order to be able to utilize the Twilio services in REDCap. You will find this setting on the Configure page under 'Programmable Voice'.
6) When all of the above is complete, please return to the REDCap support portal to request Twilio activation.
