Hanover Request Form

Hanover's services are available to faculty members who hold a primary appointment at the College of Medicine (CoM). CoM faculty members serving as primary mentor to a trainee at the CoM may also request support for a trainee's mentored award (e.g. F30, F31, F32, F99/K00).

Hanover's services focus on external grant submissions and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind that requests submitted within five (5) weeks of a major NIH deadline may be difficult to schedule due to high project volume.

Form Review Process: Research Development makes every effort to contact the faculty member within five (5) business days to confirm service needs.

PROPOSAL REVISION - Hanover provides margin comments on the narrative draft PLUS track changes to recommend narrative revisions for clarity and effective use of language. Includes proposal edits for punctuation and grammar. (Turnaround Time: 15 business days)
